Following notification of acceptance for presentation, the final paper must be prepared considering the comments made by the reviewers of the technical and scientific committee.

Authors may choose to submit either:

· an extended version of their abstract (short paper with 2-4 pages).

In both cases, the document must include Title, Authors and Affiliations, Keywords, Abstract (maximum 300 words), other sections and Conclusions. The paper must be written in English, following the formatting instructions provided in the template file (available soon).

The final version (full paper / extended abstract) must be submitted via the form available in the participant portal. You will be required to submit one PDF file and one source file (which may be DOC or TEX format).

The author making the submission will need to enter detailed information regarding all authors (names, institutions, etc.). Please make sure this information is complete and correct, as it will be used in preparing the Book of Abstracts.

All accepted papers will be included in the event’s Scientific Programme and in the event proceedings, which will be made available to all participants in digital format (with ISBN).
