PREPARATION

All abstracts must be written in English. Abstracts should clearly and succinctly provide the motivation for the work being done, the methodology adopted, and the main expected results. The abstract text must not exceed 300 words. Do not use symbols, equations, tables, or figures. Do not include references or acknowledgements. At this stage, the use of a template file is not necessary.

SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted via the submission form available in the participant portal. In order to access the participant portal you will first need to create and activate your account (you will receive an account activation link via email). Upon submission, you will need to fill in the details for all authors (email, institution, etc.), choose a corresponding author, and select the theme/topic for your submission. After submission, authors will receive an automatic email confirming that the abstract has been received.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

Before the deadline for notification of acceptance is reached, authors will receive an email informing them whether their abstract has been accepted, rejected or conditionally accepted (subject to improvement) for presentation at the event.
