Registration — CEES 2027

All participants must make their registration by filling out the registration form available in the participant portal. 
Registration only becomes effective after payment is received. If you need a proforma invoice before payment, you can ask for a "Proforma invoice" in the registration options.
Before registering, please read carefully our conditions and fees below.

Accommodation refers to a hotel stay (with breakfast) at the Conference Venue for 4 nights (from 22-25th January) and is subject to availability.
Partner fee applies to associates of Itecons.

Regular/Non-student registration fee includes:
·       Admission to all sessions
·       Conference proceedings
·       Welcome drink
·       Lunches and coffee-breaks
·       Conference dinner

Student* registration fee includes:
·       Admission to all sessions
·       Conference proceedings
·       Welcome drink
·       Lunches and coffee-breaks

*Students must upload a copy of the proof of student status when registering and presented it to the conference secretariat at the check-in.  Students are welcome to attend the conference dinner for an additional € 65.00 per person.

Accompanying person** fee includes:
·       Lunches and coffee-breaks
·       Conference dinner
·       City Tour (subject to confirmation).
 
**Please note that the accompanying persons registration is intended for friends or family members of conference participants. Accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend the sessions.

In case of cancellation, and until 60 days before the day of the conference, the registration fee will be fully refunded. After this period, a partial refund may be made.
